Designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests, this welcoming retreat features two comfortable bedrooms with queen beds, along with additional sleeping accommodations to comfortably host your group. Two full bathrooms and an in-home washer and dryer provide the convenience of home throughout your stay.
After a day of exploring, settle into the cozy living room with hardwood floors, comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a wood-burning fireplace that creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxing evenings. Large windows fill the space with natural light while the peaceful creek outside adds to the home's tranquil mountain setting.

Condo was great. Had functional gas fireplace with some wood. Had 2 bedrooms plus loft space and a small tv room in addition to living room and kitchen. Downstairs bath was upgraded. The heater went out on us one night. But vacasa was quick to send a maintenance person out. They resolve the issue quickly.

We had a very nice stay at this property. The listing calls it “elegant”… I wouldn’t really use that word to describe it… “cozy” seems a better fit. It has a very comfy cabin feel to it. Cute decor with vintage skis, sled, etc. Loved the 2 balconies that overlooked wooded area. My teenager loved the little room that had a small couch and tv. Located in good area… very close to Kings Beach, where there is grocery store and places to eat. Also, good location for skiing at Northstar. We actually skied at Palisades during our stay, but even that resort is not too far away.

This King’s Beach townhome is comfortable and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels. There is no air conditioning, but it didn’t take long for the place to cool down in the evening. The deck overlooks a wooded area, and you can hear the creek that runs behind the property. The location is a five minute drive from shops and restaurants.
