About this house rental
Welcome to your home away from home! This beautifully decorated single-level house offers room for everyone, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests across four sunlit bedrooms. Rest easy on two king beds, a queen, a bunk bed, a twin, and a clever murphy bed, all dressed with comfortable orthopedic mattresses for a great night's sleep. It's perfect for families, friends, or groups traveling together. With three bathrooms, no one's ever waiting their turn, and there's plenty of space to spread out and unwind after a day in the Florida sun.
Step inside to find a welcoming, light-filled living space designed for relaxing and reconnecting. Gather in the cozy living area for a movie night on one of three smart TVs with Roku, or fire up the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you need for cooking and baking, plus a coffee maker to get your mornings started right. Free WiFi throughout keeps everyone connected.
The real showstopper is out back: a private heated pool set in a huge, fully fenced backyard made for soaking up the sunshine in total privacy. Dine al fresco, grill out on the outdoor BBQ, or simply let the kids run and play with room to roam. We even provide pool and beach supplies so you can head straight from the water at home to the water at the shore.
And what a location! You're just 4 miles from the turquoise water and sugar-white sand of Anna Maria Island, where you'll find postcard-perfect Gulf sunsets, dolphin tours, shelling, and some of the best waterfront dining in Florida. Nature lovers are minutes from Robinson Preserve and DeSoto National Memorial for kayaking, paddleboarding, and miles of scenic trails, while downtown Bradenton's Riverwalk, the artsy Village of the Arts, shopping, and great restaurants are all close by. Athletes and sports families will love being right near IMG Academy.
Whether you're here to chase the beach, explore the area, or simply relax by the pool, this quaint and comfortable home gives you the perfect home base. We hope you enjoy everything our place and Bradenton have to offer!
Please note: This is a no-pets and no-smoking/vaping home.
