With capacity for 4 people and 109 m², it is the perfect accommodation for families, couples or golf enthusiasts looking for tranquillity, comfort and an excellent location to discover the Costa del Sol.



One of its greatest attractions is its privileged location within the Lauro Golf resort, surrounded by nature and with beautiful mountain views. The property has a pleasant private terrace, balcony and access to extensive communal areas where you can relax after a day at the beach, excursions or golf. ⛳🌄



The apartment is distributed over two floors. On the upper floor you will find two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has two single beds of 1.05 m, whilst the second bedroom has two beds of 90 cm and an en suite bathroom with bathtub and double sink. Additionally, there is a second bathroom with shower for greater comfort of guests. 🛏️🚿



On the main floor there is a cosy lounge with Smart TV, soundbar, high-speed fibre optic wifi connection and direct access to the terrace. The property features centralised air conditioning and heating via heat pump throughout the accommodation to guarantee a comfortable stay all year round. 📺📶❄️☀️



The American kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and all the necessary kitchenware to enjoy a worry-free stay. It also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, safe and pool towels. ☕🍽️👶



The urbanisation offers community swimming pool open all year round, a padel court and a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere. Just a few metres away you will find Lauro Golf course and its restaurant. Furthermore, in less than 30 minutes you can reach Málaga city centre, the beaches of Torremolinos, Fuengirola or Marbella, making this property an excellent base for exploring the province. 🚗🌴🏖️



Please note that the swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates and times established by the community of owners, and may vary according to season or internal decisions.
