It features two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed and direct access to the outside, and another with two single beds and views of the garden and car park. The living-dining room, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a large television connected to the internet, integrates with a fully equipped American kitchen, with high-quality appliances such as a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and more. Furthermore, to make the most of outdoor time, the accommodation includes a fenced garden with furniture, sun loungers and a private swimming pool, from which you can supervise the little ones whilst they swim. The family table in the living room is perfect for sharing meals, and for the outdoor area, the hosts have provided safe resin crockery to prevent accidents.

The villa was very clean and modern with all you need for your stay. Francisco the owner was friendly, kind and responsive. He was quick to pop round and try to sort out any issues if we had them and also dropped in some lovely hand-picked fruits.
Communication with the owner was excellent, but Cubos themselves were poor at answering the phone when we were trying to sort out payment etc just before coming,

We spent a great week at Finca la Graciosa. The house was exactly as described and as shown on the fotos. Everything was clean and in beat order. The pool was very nice and the kids liked it. Our host always responded promptly and was always helpful and friendly. Check in and check out was easy and convenient.
