This fully equipped and nearly new 30' travel trailer is sure to give you the best glamping experience in this peaceful setting close to everything the Smokies have to offer! Situated along the Little River in Townsend at Big Meadow Family Campground, and right next door to River Rat tubing, there's no shortage of fun to be had here. From tubing down river, to fishing, or walking or biking along Townsend's limitless paved trails, there's plenty to do on the Peaceful Side. Drive into the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and search for bears at Cades Cove, or visit the nearby Great Smoky Mountains Heritage Center to learn more about this magical area.

The trailer itself comes equipped with all sheets, towels, kitchen utensils, and cookware you need. Toaster, gas range, and convection/microwave oven combo. We also provide a single-serve coffee maker, coffee pods and assorted teas, plus salt/pepper and olive oil for your convenience.

King bed in the master bedroom (with privacy door), 2 oversized bunks, pull-out sofa that sleeps 2. King bed and bunks have custom extra-plush mattress toppers for comfort. Dinette, full kitchen, full bath with sink, tub and separate entrance. Plenty of storage space throughout. Indoor gas fireplace and outdoor gas firepit. Camp chairs and s'mores sticks included. Outdoor gas griddle with BBQ utensils included. Dedicated Wifi, TVs in main room and bedroom.

Games for family game night, bath and pool/beach towels. Laundry facilities are available on site for a fee.
