- Pumped A/C available at the Ascent for the warmer months along with fans, it generally gets in the 50's at night during the warmest of months so we recommend leaving windows open at night to allow the cool breezes to enter the unit.

Things to Know:
--Elevator and stair access to fourth floor condo. The condo is two levels with stair access to the upper level, which has two bedrooms and the washer/dryer.
-Parking is available for guests in the outdoor parking lots.
-Upon booking, you will receive an invitation to the guest portal along with reservation confirmation. Access instructions will be texted to you the day of arrival.
-The condo does include complimentary guest supplies & amenities for your reservation including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry & dishwasher detergent, soap/shampoos/conditioner, sponge, & trash bags. There is a local grocery store nearby should you wish to purchase any additional items for your stay.
-4x4 or all-wheel-drive vehicle is highly recommended in the Rocky Mountains, especially in the winter months and often required with traction laws during snow storms.
