Guest Access:
You'll have access to the whole townhouse, including a parking space. During summer, neighborhood amenities are very close, including pool, tennis, pickleball, golf course & driving range.
Note: there is a pool fee for guests if you plan to use it ($14 for adults and $8 for children)
Parking: Please note there is only one parking spot assigned to this listing (the other parking spot in the driveway is assigned to the adjoining unit). If you are bringing more than one car, you must park the second one elsewhere.
The Neighborhood:
This property is right on the beautiful EagleVail golf course. Great views surround you in Avon, CO and some of the best mountain activities in Colorado are just moments away.
Getting Around:
There are a few shuttles and buses around, but the vast majority of our guests get the most out of their stay by bringing a car - one free parking space included!
Other Things to Note:
This property is NOT pet friendly.
This property does not have air conditioning.
Long-term tenant occupies adjacent property so please be respectful of our neighbors! Please do not run dryer or play loud music after 11 PM.
TVs exist in living and loft, and are wifi-enabled connected to our 5G. There is no cable, but you can use your Netflix, Sling, Hulu, Spotify, Showtime and many other accounts to access your favorite content.
As is everything in Vail, parking is quite limited. You have 1 assigned outdoor parking spot and 8 shared community guests spots available on a first come first served basis. On peak weeks, this may become an issue to which exceptions will be made with owner and HOA. Contact me directly to troubleshoot should it occur.
Owner has a severe pet allergy. Under no circumstances are pets allowed at this listing.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Mountain Terrace. The property is very nicely designed and very comfortable. Listing is accurate and property is as shown. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need. We had a small issue with a few kitchen outlets and the problem was swiftly resolved (in person!) within an hour. Very well managed property in an excellent location to local ski resorts. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Clean, neatly decorated, and thoughtfully stocked. Convenient and quiet location to wind down after a ski day at Beaver Creek.

Nicely decorated property in quiet neighborhood between Vail & Beaver Creek. Hillside and then 3-story footprint, so stairs a definite consideration for some parties. With two BRs on lower level, and master suite on 3rd level, good for shared families or teens+, but not ideal for families with younger children. A handful of minor inconveniences during our stay (internet problems, multiple lightbulbs out, lack of toiletries) collectively detracted from an otherwise fine property & stay.
