From the pedestrian zone on the lower part of Strandstraße, everything you need for a perfect North Sea island vacation is just a few steps away. An ideal starting point for every day—whether you’re heading to the beach, out into nature, to a restaurant, the train station, or to go shopping.
And after a lovely day at the beach, you can relax in the sunshine in front of the house and simply watch the colorful hustle and bustle in the pedestrian zone.

The “Bernhard” apartment, measuring approximately 28 m², is located on the second floor of the front building and, bathed in natural light, offers a stunning view over the rooftops of Borkum. You can see both the new and the old lighthouses from here. As darkness falls, you can watch the lighthouse’s three pairs of beams.
