Villa Joy is a south-facing three-bedroom villa sleeping up to 6 guests, set in the hills above Asomatos with open views across the Libyan Sea, Lefkogia hills, and on clear days, the island of Gavdos. The open-plan living and kitchen area flows directly onto the terrace and pool, making inside and outside feel like one continuous space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and everything needed for relaxed self-catering.

Bedroom 1 — ground floor, queen bed, pool and sea views, desk/console, air conditioning, generous storage.
Bedroom 2 — flexible king or twin beds, air conditioning, generous storage, sea and mountain views.
Bedroom 3 (upper suite) — queen bed, en-suite bathroom, desk/console, storage, private terrace and its own separate entrance. Panoramic sea and mountain views. Functions as a self-contained suite: ideal for a couple or individual wanting their own space.

Outside: private 6×3m pool with sunloungers and parasols, shaded pergola dining area, sunken garden lounge area, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen area with sink and washing machine. South-facing terrace with epic views all day.


Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa and grounds: all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, pool, terraces, pergola and sunken garden.

Bedroom 3 has its own private entrance and can be accessed independently without passing through the main villa.

Check-in from 15:00. Check-out by 11:00. We'll arrange either a personal welcome on arrival or self-check-in via key lockbox. We’ll confirm details with you ahead of your stay.

A car is essential for this location. Free private parking for 2 vehicles on site.
