Summary:
The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.
The Space:
Ready Sailor One is the name of this roomy family suite! Designed with groups in mind, the spacious one-bedroom sleeps up to six people, with two queen beds in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Kick back and relax on the patio with the fresh ocean breeze or stay warm inside by the fireplace watching your favorite shows and movies on TV. The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee pot with complimentary coffee.
Step out onto the balcony and relax with the fresh ocean breeze, or stay warm inside by the fireplace watching your favorite shows and movies on TV. There's a full private bathroom as well, with a tub and shower, hair dryer, and included toiletries.
This unit is pet-friendly and may induce extra tail wagging. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your best furrends along! There is a standard pet fee with a maximum of two pets.
As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employ some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
