Summary:
The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.
The Space:
This second-floor, one-bedroom unit, which we've named "Something in the Wave", sleeps up to six guests with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa—plenty of space for families or small groups. The full kitchen comes equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and dining table, making it easy to settle in for meals or slow mornings. A fireplace adds a cozy touch, while free Wi-Fi, a TV with DVD player, and a coffeemaker cover the essentials.
Pet-friendly and comfortable, this unit is a solid home base for exploring Ocean Shores. The beach is within easy walking and driving distance, as well as several local restaurants, including Our Place Restaurant, with some of the best breakfast in town. Guests also have access to resort amenities including an indoor pool and hot tub, a game room with arcade games and a rentable pool table, an outdoor park and playground with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. There is also a meeting/conference space available. Free parking included.

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
