About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming sea-view holiday home for rent at Tour-du-Parc, not far from Sarzeau. It features direct access to the sea and an oyster farm, and comes with Wi-Fi (fibre optic). The property has a floor area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers), and you can enjoy a garden of around 2,500 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with a TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)

- A bathroom
- A separate toilet

The house is ideally situated in the village of Tour-du-Parc, in a natural setting with views over the Gulf of Morbihan.
