Polite Notice - Respecting our neighbourhood:
The property is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Small professional gatherings in the orangery such as team meetings and conferences, lunches and dinners are welcome. Loud late-night celebrations are not permitted.

All gatherings must be agreed in advance with the host. Any additional guests beyond those included in the gîte reservation must be declared and will incur an additional fee.

Guests are kindly requested to respect the tranquillity of the neighbourhood. Noise levels, including music, must be kept to an absolute minimum before 23:00, both indoors and outdoors. No music is allowed in the orangery after 23:00.
Any non-compliance with these rules will be reported directly to Airbnb, and we reserve the right to apply a 500 euros penalty.

Bedlinen and towels:

Bedlinen and towels, this can be provided at the additional cost of 10 euros per individual guest, 15 euros per couple. Please, let us know at least 24 hrs ahead of your arrival.

Hand soap, shower gel, kitchen essentials and toilet paper are provided with our compliments.

Household waste and recycling:
We regret to inform you that due to recent changes to taxation in relation to rubbish collections, from 1st May 2026, we are no longer able to keep and dispose of your recycling or general waste. Please, accept our most sincere apologies for this but we have been left with no choice by the local council.

Further information about where and how to dispose of all household waste and recycling are included in your Welcome Pack a copy of which you will receive no later than 24 hrs before your arrival. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Polite notice: any household waste and recycling left on the premises will be subject to a 40 euros charge per bag.
