A newly renovated apartment located in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, a privileged location that combines tranquillity with proximity to shops, restaurants and the beach. Bright, modern and carefully equipped, this cosy 75 m² apartment is the ideal place to enjoy Lanzarote with total comfort.

Casa Xabi offers a warm and elegant atmosphere, with 2 bedrooms each featuring 2 double beds of 150x200 cm, with capacity for 4 people. Its modern design and abundant natural light make each room comfortable and relaxing.

The daily base rate is set for 1-2 guests. Each additional guest per night incurs an extra charge and must be correctly indicated in the number of guests when making the reservation.

Once you confirm your booking, you will be asked to complete a mandatory online check-in through our app, which also serves as a digital guide during your stay.
