About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in Saint-Paul. It has a floor area of 77 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room, and a garden of around 320 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
All rooms in the house are on one level.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Airfryer...
- 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A private swimming pool measuring 4m x 8m, secured with a cover. It is open all year round and heated during the southern winter
- A beautiful, enclosed garden of 320 m² with trees
- A terrace of approximately 48 m² facing north-west, opening onto the swimming pool with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Saint-Paul, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean the appliances after use
- Motion-detection CCTV cameras are installed in the courtyard:
