Beach villa with pool and boat dock near Trysnes

You will have panoramic views of the archipelago and your own small private sandy beach just 100 meters from the house. Here you will find a heated swimming pool, a large sunny terrace, and direct access to the sea. The area is shared with six other vacation homes in a secluded bay with a boat floating dock and its own boat mooring.



The vacation home has a driveway leading right up to the house with private parking spaces. The large terrace enjoys sun from morning to evening and has a barbecue and garden furniture. The swimming pool is ready around Easter and can be heated to 32 degrees.



You share the beach area and the surroundings around the sea with your neighbors in the cozy bay. At the boat floating dock, you will find your own boat mooring with a freshwater hose for rinsing. Feel free to bring your own boat or jet ski and use the two SUP boards that are available.



The area offers fantastic opportunities for excursions without a car and beautiful views. Fish for cod and mackerel directly from the bridge. Take a boat trip in the wonderful archipelago, go diving or have a barbecue on the archipelago. Visit Ny-Hellesund, one of the best-preserved outer harbors along the south coast with a protected cultural environment from 2016.
