About this apartment rental
This unique penthouse boasts the latest, tasteful furnishings for your enjoyment. With 240 square meters, extra-high ceilings, and 15 skyline windows, it will give you a sense of luxury without sacrificing the feeling of home.
If you’d like to use the outdoor swimming pool (fee at 1500 kr) ) and/or the hot tub (fee at 1000 kr), ), please let us know. Electricity usage is extra. It is possible to reserve an additional bedroom (for a total of 6 bedrooms) for an extra charge (1500 kr).. Please note: There are other apartments on the floors below.
The property
The main floor features Italian marble tiles and heated floors.
Large, high-end kitchen with NEFF and Siemens appliances. Quooker (instant boiling water). Extra-large washing machine (12 kg capacity). Downlights in all rooms.
Indoor and outdoor furniture can be rearranged and replaced.
Open architectural design to maximize natural light and views of the horizon.
3 bedrooms in the mezzanine area:
3 small bedrooms in the mezzanine. Sofa in front of the TV/PlayStation area that can also be converted into a double bed.
Main floor:
1. Master bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom. The large bathroom attached to the master bedroom features a blend of high-quality Swiss and French design, creating an elegant and peaceful atmosphere. Enjoy the view from the Roman-inspired tiled bathtub. The large shower offers three options: waterfall, rain, or handheld shower.
2. One bedroom with a double bed on the first floor.
3. Option for an additional bedroom with a double bed.
A total of 3 bedrooms on the first floor if guests need 6 bedrooms in total. Read the explanation below.
If you want six bedrooms, it’s possible to add one more bedroom. We can open up the adjoining room, which will give you a total of six bedrooms. Please note that access to the additional bedroom will be through the double room on the first floor (not the master bedroom).
If you want six bedrooms, this must be specified by the guests when the reservation is made.
Please note that if a guest’s checkout and a new guest’s check-in are on the same date, the hot tub temperature may not be set to maximum upon your arrival.

Toilet
15-meter private balcony with an outdoor hot tub. In the summer, the hot tub is usually set up by the pool and lounge area.
Large outdoor play area around the house, featuring a large trampoline, a summer pool (1.2 meters deep, approx. 6 meters long, 3.7 meters wide), and a secluded lounge area. The summer pool is open during the summer (please inquire about specific dates).
The outdoor lounge area and hot tub are for guests’ exclusive use.
A cleaning fee applies: 3000 kr. It can be paid via Vipps or Airbnb Payments for additional fees. The cleaning fee is mandatory.
Electricity charges apply: spot price per kW.
Bedding can be rented (250 kr,- per person)
Hot tub use: 1000 kr for the entire stay.
Swimming pool use: 1500 kr. Only between June and September. There is an additional charge for the pool heater.
