The living and dining spaces flow seamlessly into a sleek chef’s kitchen outfitted with a Bertazzoni gas range, Bosch appliances, white lacquer cabinetry, and quartz countertops. The king bedroom is styled with luxury linens and calming neutral tones, while the spa-inspired bath features Kohler fixtures, marble flooring, and mosaic tile accents. The Neighborhood:

Hell’s Kitchen is a lively Midtown West Manhattan neighborhood stretching roughly from 34th to 59th Streets west of Eighth Avenue to the Hudson, known for its gritty-turned-gentrified vibe, mix of prewar walk-ups and newer developments, a bustling and diverse restaurant/bar scene tied to Broadway, easy access to theatres, Hudson River Park, and excellent transit options, offering a more authentic Midtown living experience without the full tourist crowds.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

This property only allows a 6-month term minimum, up to 12-24 months. Furnished lease is preferred. Please note that utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay.



Please note that this home requires the completion and approval of a condo board application (approximately $835 in associated fees).



As an additional service, The owner will offer his housekeeper to the guest only for laundry services (at a minimum: linens, but also the possibility of wash & fold service for their personal laundry).



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
