The patio is a real sun trap with a few minutes' walk to a refreshing dip in the sea or Skarsvann lake. Here you can also take a paddle with the house's own kayak or explore the great swimming opportunities at Hødnebøkilen.
The holiday home is about 1 hour's drive from Kristiansand and the zoo, 10 minutes' drive from Den lille dyrehage and a short distance from Hest i villmark, Camp Skarvann and Risør Akvarium. Kragerø resort is about 25 minutes' drive away and offers an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, restaurants and a spa. A few km towards Søndeled there is a fantastic farm bakery, which is also worth a visit.
