If you are looking for a unique and peaceful holiday experience, this cabin in Lykling is a great choice. The cabin is a converted chapel that was completely renovated in 2016. It is located at the end of the ocean gap, surrounded by silence and the changing moods of the sea. Here you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and an area rich in history, with only 75 permanent residents in Lykling.
Inside the cabin, you will be struck by the natural light that fills the large living room. The interior is cozy with a beautiful tiled bathroom and comfortable beds of good quality. A special feature is the gallery where you can relax in the sun lounger, take a nap, and enjoy the view of the sea and the living room.
Outside the cabin, you will find a beautiful hiking area with views of the sea and grazing sheep. In addition to the stunning nature, you can also see the ruins of the old gold mining community from the late 1800s and early 1900s as you walk towards the sea.
For those who enjoy fishing, the location is excellent. There are also many marked hiking trails for those who prefer to walk on land. The sunsets here are absolutely spectacular and provide an unforgettable end to the day.
