The property is a working farm in Stavanger, 5km from city centre with water views. The property has five bedrooms, hot tub, outdoor fire pit, internal wood heater , games room with ping pong table and assorted games and board games, large kitchen, dining table which seats 14, outdoor BBQ, heated flooring. There are two high chairs, baby cot and childrens' toys, crockery and cutlery. The property is ideal for large families and groups. High speed internet, printing facilities and home movie screen and projector. Plenty of parking spaces including garage parking on request.

This property gives choices to suit the whole group - hot tub with patio, games room, big table for meals and games - we could all enjoy together or choose to do something different. Very well equipped; we made good use of the pizza stone, waffle maker, wellies, yoga mat and candles for example. Plenty of light, good rural views (a road is visible but barely noticeable) and bird song, with peaceful evenings. Yet close to Stavanger and convenient for airport. There was something calming, comforting and lived-in about the decor which I wanted to take home with me. The room layout works well. We had a very enjoyable week.

We stayed for 3 nights in June. We are 4 adults staying in a place that could comfortably hold many more people than that. The farmhouse is indeed a working farm, and there are other homes and vehicles on the property. You may hear equipment or sheep. The home is vintage, so there are definitely some older home quirks in the place. Also, somewhat inexplicably, there was a motorcycle being stored in the livingroom. None of this prevented us from enjoying the home and the excellent location and surroundings.

The house is beautiful and very close to Stavanger airport. Perfect if you’re driving. It was clean, well stocked with towels and linen. Liz was very helpful and quick to reply whenever we had a question. We had 8 girls staying at the property and it was perfect, heaps of bedroom, bathroom and kitchen space. Thanks again!
