Discover this charming apartment in Mijas Costa, an ideal option for those seeking comfort, tranquillity and an excellent location near the sea. With capacity for 3 people and 50 m², this accommodation offers a spacious, pleasant and very bright environment, with beautiful sea views that add a special touch to your stay.



Located within a quiet and family-friendly residential development in Riviera del Sol, the apartment is perfect for combining rest and leisure. Just a few minutes away you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, children's play areas, golf courses and beaches as pleasant as Playa Riviera or La Cala de Mijas. Furthermore, its location allows you to easily discover Marbella, Fuengirola, Málaga and other very attractive corners of the Costa del Sol. 🏖️⛳🚗



The accommodation has 1 bedroom with a 1.60 m double bed, as well as a chaise longue sofa in the living room, designed for a third person or a child. The accommodation features air conditioning throughout the apartment, two fans, 2 Smart TVs—one in the living room and another in the bedroom—and wifi, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay at any time of year. 📺🛏️



The American kitchen, modern and functional, is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, sandwich maker and blender, as well as all the necessary kitchenware for a practical and comfortable stay. It also has a washing machine, which adds an extra touch of comfort, especially for getaways of several days. ☕🍳



One of its great attractions is its terrace of 10 m², perfect for having breakfast outdoors, relaxing after a day at the beach or enjoying the Mediterranean climate. The apartment is very close to the communal swimming pool, available from Easter until 30 October, and easily accessible from the garage or common areas. 🌴🏊‍♂️



The swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates and times established by the community of owners, and may vary according to season or internal decisions.



Additionally, it includes a parking space in the same building, a very practical added value for those who travel by car.



Please note that pets are not permitted.
