Perfect for couples or groups of up to four people who want to explore the beautiful Costa del Sol. The duplex is distributed over two floors: on the ground floor, a living-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen and access to a terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy al fresco dinners. On the upper floor, two bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning and private terraces, as well as a modern bathroom with shower.
The apartment offers views of the garden and a modern and relaxing atmosphere next to a tennis club, although the use of its sports facilities is not included. The location is strategic, with quick access to the A-7 motorway, facilitating excursions to Málaga, Marbella, Estepona or Tarifa. It is also close to supermarkets, bus stops and multiple points of interest such as golf courses, nature parks and water parks.

We stayed at this apartment for a winter getaway, and it was awesome! The best part was that it’s close to a bunch of tennis courts, so we got to play every day. Plus, the pool looked cool, but it was too cold to swim. The beach is also nearby, and we walked there a few times to watch the sunset, which was amazing. There was this great little café down the street where we got breakfast almost every day.
