The kitchen is furnished with everything brand new from coffee pot, water kettle, blender, toaster, silverware, pots pans, dishes, utensils slow cooker, broiler, drinking glasses, coffee cups, along with a outdoor propane barbecue grill.

All new linens, bed sheets, pillows, comforters, bath towels etc.

The kitchen is set up to seat 6, has 2 leaf's that can be added for more table room.

The living room is set up with a 75" Roku Tv, the master bedroom is set up with a 65" Roku Tv. and the 2nd bedroom is set up with a 58" Roku Tv, all brand new TVs, all with simple to use remotes, the bedrooms have Brand new Serta mattresses with protective covers and all new linens, the bedrooms are set up with very nice quality furniture.

There are 6 outdoor Quality log Chairs for enjoying the evening Bon fire with a private fenced in back yard.

This terrific house features a beautiful king size bedroom set with a master bathroom in one, and a beautiful queen size bedroom set in the other, and a full size sleeper sofa bed in the living room, perfect for a small group or family. Guests can enjoy two bathrooms, each with a refreshing shower and one with a bathtub. The space stays cozy with very quiet boiler heat and Ac Air conditioning, making it a nice retreat no matter the season.

There is room enough for 6 guests with a sofa sleeper in the living room….

Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this cool spot offers comfort and convenience. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place. Launching your boat or jet ski is very convenient with a private direct access boat launch only 3 doors down, launch your boat or jet skies and pull your truck and trailer back in your driveway in literally minutes we love it, or your snowmobile or ice fishing shanty as well in the winter times. (1 minute walking distance).

With a private fenced in back yard with firepit, full size kitchen, dining room, and living room as well, utility room with full size washer/dyer. electric remote control skylights, small deck off the side of house with 2 rocking chairs for relaxing.
