Tucked away on the shore of Houghton Lake sits your next family vacation rental. Located in the quaint town of Prudenville, this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage provides a perfect all-season escape. On warm days, bring the boat and spend sunny afternoons cruising around the lake or head to a nearby park to fish or ATV. In the winter, there are still plenty of outdoor activities to keep the whole group entertained. No matter what, be sure to return home for dinner and great views to end the day!

We had a great weekend stay at this nice little cottage. It had everything we needed for a nice stay. Location was close to many nearby stores and restaurants including Walmart to pick up groceries. The amenities were nice and the kayaks were fun to stroll around on when time permitted. The place was clean and well stocked with supplies. The owners were very responsive via text when needed. The community around us seemed very friendly and it was a great road for walking without having to worry about too much traffic. We rented a pontoon from Brians Marina and were able to easily use the dock to park it when not in use.

Perfect little cottage for our family of 4. Cottage was very clean and in a great location on the lake and close to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again.
