With a king bed in the master, queen bed in second bedroom, set of twin beds in the third bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit will accommodate up to 8.
Pelican Pointe 1204 features new paint throughout, renovated bathrooms with granite bathroom vanities, walk-in tile master bath, new fixtures throughout, & comfy furnishings. The well-equipped kitchen renovations include tile backsplash, granite counters, wine cooler, double fridge, & all new stainless-steel appliances.
