Blue Heron Perch (unit B) is designed for simple, comfortable coastal living in a prime Newport Beach location—just a short .2 mile (5-minute) walk to the sand, with the added convenience of one garage parking space.
The open living area is filled with natural light and includes a Smart TV and a sleeper sofa (queen), allowing the home to accommodate up to six guests comfortably—ideal for families or small groups.
Step outside to your private balcony with a grill—perfect for easy meals and evenings with ocean air.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, with a breakfast nook that seats six, making it easy to gather before heading out.
Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom, with additional sleeping on the living room sofa fold out (queen). We also provide white noise generators for those who like a little background noise for sleeping.
The washer and dryer are in the garage, so you can stay fresh throughout your stay.
For added convenience, beach supplies and a wagon are provided—making the quick walk to the beach even easier.
As an upper unit, the home offers added privacy along with great natural light and coastal breezes throughout.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the upper unit, including the private balcony and grill.
One garage parking space is included, but large SUVs may not fit.

The best means of transportation, if you’re not driving to the destination, is to rent a car or hire private transport (Towncar). There are also rideshare services like Super Shuttle and of course curb-ride services like Uber and Lyft as well as taxis.
