Guest Access:

🔑 Guests have full access to the private casita and the dedicated covered parking space located directly in front of the unit.

🔑 The casita uses a secure keypad entry system. Guests receive a unique access code that is active only during their reservation.

📌 Please avoid using the bottom privacy lock when leaving the casita, as it can prevent keypad re-entry without host assistance.

📌 Please note that the backyard, pool, and outdoor living areas are reserved exclusively for guests staying in the Main House and are not included with the Casita reservation.

For safety and security purposes, exterior security cameras are installed around the property.

There are no cameras inside the homes or in private interior spaces.



🌵 Desert Environment

As with many Tucson properties, guests may encounter native Sonoran Desert plants and wildlife during their stay.

Wildlife occasionally seen in the area may include:

Please be mindful of your surroundings, especially during early mornings and evenings.

If additional air circulation is needed, please use the doors instead.



📬 Mail & Package Deliveries

For your convenience, packages may be delivered directly to the property during your stay.

• Guests should arrange to receive deliveries directly at the doorstep.

• The mailbox is reserved for the owner's use and is not accessible to guests.

• Additional fees may apply if on-site package coordination or retrieval assistance is required.



🚁 Neighborhood Noise

Because the property is located near a hospital, guests may occasionally hear distant sirens or helicopter traffic.



🚭 Strict No Smoking Policy

Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas.

Violation of this policy may result in:

• Immediate termination of the reservation

• A $500 additional cleaning fee



Guests needing smoking accommodations should book another property.

This property is intended for couples, business travelers, military visitors, and respectful guests.

Parties, events, unauthorized gatherings, excessive noise, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.
