Welcome to our recently constructed Hilltop Casita! Fully loaded with brand new, state-of-the-art quality amenities and furnishings throughout. The sliding-glass door wall, over-sized picture windows and enormous covered deck that wraps across the entire length and width of the casita, all capture the mesmerizing panoramic views of both the Santa Catalina Mountains and the twinkling city lights at night, so the views are 24/7!
It's a 1 bedoorm/ 1 bath, open-concept design, ideally suited for a couple looking to splurge in total luxury and comfort. Also within a mile away from "The Loop" where you can park your car and bike, walk or run the recently completed 131 mile long trail that is paved and spans all across Tucson!
This listing is relatively new as we have just completed the construction just over three years ago (listed in March 2018). The ambiance that was created in the construction and furnishings capitalize on the essence of Tucson and all of its beauty!

It feels like home…with every single additional thought that went into making the details extraordinary. Beautiful view, decor, and host …. Karen makes you feel welcome with each call and text. Spotless, Luscious linens, chef’s kitchen, & beautifully decorated. My only go to when in Tucson.

This was an excellent experience for us. The property is well located, and furnished and equipped at high end. All appliances worked just fine, comfort level for us was very good. Of particular value to us were the recliner chairs which enabled a good night's sleep for one of us with serious back pain issues. Though away on vacation, the host remained in contact for any questions and for recommendations of local restaurants and shopping. This is definitely a "gotta go back there" property!

What a lovely property, overlooking the city and surrounding mountains. We spent much of our time on the deck. We loved witnessing the sun set each evening and the birds a top the cacti. The kitchen had every gadget one might need to prepare a meal. The casita was spacious and very comfortable for the two of us. The two recliner chairs were perfect for a tv watching or scrolling the socials. Karen was an excellent host, so welcoming and helpful. For sure, this is where we wish to stay for future visits to Tucson. We are very appreciative for the hosts sharing this casita with us. It is so much better than a hotel. As a soon to be 80 year old I must remind you, there is a flight of stairs as the casita is built on top of the garage. We felt the climb was worth it but take care. Jane & Joe May 2026

Wonderful property, super clean, everything was thorough and was as-listed. Karen and her husband were exceptionally helpful and very kind and accommodating. 100% would book with them again.
