* Location. We were on the back side of the building so we woke up to a Lovely view of the Tohono Chul Sonoran Botanicle Gardens. * Loved the layout. The fortress feel kept the wind down while swimming. Aside from a motel layout it seemed & felt pretty safe. We stayed in their King suite. So we had the ability to cook our own food! * Working elevator * No bugs, No spiders & No signs of mice. * Room cleaning service only comes into the room if you put the door hang that requests it. It was nice & helpful for someone like me who doesn't do well when my system is moved around but likes the option to have it vaccumed & restocked. * I Always use a UV light to check my rooms before using them & aside from some fabric dust on some of the walls it was spotless. It was the cleanest room I have rented in a while. (THANK YOU) -> It was nice for a long stay & seemed simple enough for a quick stay. We decided next time we would make sure to leave 1 day as a hotel day so we could just enjoy the hotel.

* Wish cooking utincels were silicone but understand why they were not. (WM had a spatula for $1 so I left it for the next person) * Couldnt figure out how to change the air conditioner temp or how to shut it off. It said control was on the wall but there didnt seem to be a control pannle that we could see. * Parking. Where you park is a 1st come basis & some of the spots are harder to get into then others. (But even if you had to walk there did seem to be enough parking even on the busy days.) * The bed frame is metal so it does make noise when you move around But I slept well.

Staff, including managers, are very responsive and accommodating. The location is excellent, and the room is very comfortable and clean. The additional amenities are very good and conveniently laid out, making for a comfortable stay whether visiting for work or vacation. It’s my favorite place to stay.

I would recommend restricting laundry room access to guests with a key or access code to prevent unauthorized access and provide a safer environment, similar to the access controls used for the pool and gym.

Simple check in and they upgraded a room to accommodate my baby, mother and elder dog. No carpet- huge plus and the facilities were updated and clean. The pool area is very well kept and has tons of patio space. Really appreciated that they have someone surveying the parking lots periodically, very swift to stop a car alarm that kept going off- huge plus again.

Bedrooms in suites have no A/C so unit gets warm. Door needs to be cracked, as the vent installed isn’t strong enough.

The location. Lots of shops and restaurants close by and not too far from the university.

Room was dark, and bathroom smelled musty
