Near to Granlibakken Resort for sledding and warming-hut. (Zip-lining in summer). Access to McKinney-Rubicon Trail for sleds, snowmobiles and off-road vehicles. Beautiful, spacious, cozy, custom-built home. Well-appointed kitchen, Nespresso, wood-burning fireplace, firewood, barbecue, vinyl-record playing station, Wi-fi, D/W, W/D. Radiant floor heating in the great room. Electric space heaters in all bedrooms. Well-stocked with board games, cards, DVDs, music, candles and books. Sleeps up to 10 people. Sun-drenched backyard deck holds propane-powered barbecue. Laundry room. Parking for 1-3 cars (very tight fit in winter). Several sleds, snow-shoes, tandem kayak and 2 SUPs available.
