The room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. The location was perfect. Rated three due to the fact that it had to have the thinness walls of anywhere we have ever stayed. If you’re on the first floor and there are people in the room above you it will sound like there are elephants roaming, also the doors at each end of the building, unfortunately slam, and we were the room closest to those, so at all hours into the night and very early in the morning, the door was constantly slamming. We understand this was during New Year’s week so probably the busiest they are all year, but honestly, it took three sound machines a fan and earplugs and you could still hear the doors and the people above us. Again, if noises and hearing everybody around does not bother you, then the location was great. Due to the noise and being woken up all night and bright and early in the morning we don’t think we would book this place again. As far as the staff, they were very friendly.

The apartment was as promised. The upper bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom. I hadn't caught that the kitchen didn't have a stove but it worked out ok. The downstairs was fine although the carpet and couch were older and could use a good cleaning/replacement. The staff did try to convince me that 4 o'clock check in only meant some units would be ready... The beach is beautiful. Older units but perfectly fine.

Overall, the service was very good, the facilities were nice. I stayed in a townhouse and everything was clean and organized. Check-in was even earlier than the scheduled time, and all the cleaning staff were very kind, as well as the check-in staff and the front desk. The facilities were all very clean, with no trash in sight. There are plenty of activities to do at this place, and the price was also reasonable. The only thing to keep in mind is that it doesn’t have A/C, only heating, there is no A/C.

Beautiful private beach area with plenty of chairs and two firepits, along with pool and hot tub close by. This property is kept well and hey have lots of cool activities to partake in daily as well. There was ample parking and it's conveniently located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe and directly across the street from a Whole Foods. We loved this property and will definitely be staying again!

Loved the beach access and the other amenities. The room was spacious and clean; however, I would recommend a larger garbage can (for a unit with a kitchenette, the can was way too small) and a variety of pillow sizes/thicknesses for the bed. The pillows that were on the bed were too thick and caused me to have a terrible night's sleep.

The lady who checked us in was great but another man at the front desk sat on his phone doing nothing - looked unprofessional. The room smelled VERY bad, and we had to leave windows and sliding glass doors open at all times. The room was advertised with a direct lake view which was incorrect, it was not a good view, it was a unit behind multiple buildings and trees. We paid a premium in part for a view. Overall we are disappointed for these reasons.

It is a timeshare with every room separately owned. The unit they gave us was very worn down. The carpet was filthy and the pull out couch was saggy. We ended up leaving because it was so bad. There were others in the lobby complaining about the same thing.

We were given a unit that was closest to the street and farthest from the beach and the amenities. No option was given. The noise from traffic impacted our sleep quality substantially. Our unit was ok, probably on par with the rest of the club. Not the cleanest and definately old fashioned build. You would hear all sorts of noises walking and you'd hear other people in the hallway and other floors. We asked for sheet replacement for a four day stay and though they did it, they also told they only do it as a courtesy and room service is only available for week long reservations. The location was great and probably the most awesome thing about this. There rest was just ok. I wish Gym and pool had longer operation times. We will probably return if we can make sure we get a closer unit to the beach.

I can’t even begin to explain how amazing this room was. Clean, well stocked, amazing view and incredible amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful. My check in took less than 5 mins. We never had to leave the block with all the restaurants, shops, and entertainment that is in walking distance. Oh, and free parking, which sounds trivial until you realize how terrible the parking is around the area and how much the other hotels charge you to park. As someone that makes multiple trips to beautiful south Tahoe every year for decades, this hotel is by far the best experience I’ve had so far. I only had 2 complaints, the wrist bad they give you was too small for me to wear so I had to put it in my pocket, and the amount of dog owners that ignore the signs on the beach to keep their dogs off it. Overall, I am already planning to book a week here as soon as I can find availability.

Had a wonderful time. Our room was next to Riva Grill but they closed by 10/11 and noise was not a problem. Everyone was friendly.

In general, resort was very nice. On the lake front. Sand, beach lounges, BBQs, big fire pit, playground, pool, spa. The spa was really cloudy, needed chemicals. Worse though, the insulation. Loud kids in the hallway at 10pm and the people above us woke us up at 11pm walking loudly on the floor and dropping something. Will have to really think about it before I stay again.

Has a nice private beach, rooms are nice but old and no air conditioning but has fans . The electricity was out for almost an entire day but wasn't the hotels fault. Fortunately we were at the beach for most of the day.
