First thing. The customer service is absolutely excellent! I was able to call and text with any issues that there were. There were not many at all. They reply right away. I only had two issues with our stay. First one. The fridge. I felt like the fridge never really cooled. There is a very detailed note on the fridge about the fridge. But I was very worried about my perishable items. The freezer works great so I utilized that and all my ice and ice chests. Until I felt comfortable with the coolness of the fridge. My second issue was the hot tub. I had to call more than once about the hot tub. We had to have maintenance come out and help us turn it on. Then on my second morning there the hot tub was drained of water. Maintenance did come out immediately which I highly appreciated. They were all very friendly and professional. I did leave behind a towel and was expecting a call about it as I was told if anything was left behind and found we would be contacted. But I haven't heard from anyone. I would totally go back just for my towel. But all in all I was VERY happy with my first experience with SPI Rentals and will most definitely being using them again.
