In order to ensure the smooth running of your stay and to preserve the comfort of all, please respect the following rules:

1. General rules

• Maximum capacity: 2 people. Any additional person is prohibited.

• Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation. Any lingering smell will incur an additional cleaning fee.

• Pets not allowed.

• Respect for the neighbourhood: Calm is required at all times, and especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.PGJyPg
• No parties or parties are tolerated under penalty of immediate eviction without refund.

2. Use of equipment

• The sofa bed must be used with care. Please avoid eating or drinking on the bed.

• The kitchenette must be left clean after use. Dishes washed and stored.

• Garbage must be sorted and disposed of in the bins provided for this purpose.

• Any malfunction or damage must be reported immediately. Any damage will result in a deduction from the deposit.

3. Departure

• The accommodation must be returned tidy and in good condition.

• Keys must be returned according to the instructions provided.

• Any unauthorized late departure will incur additional charges. (Notify us if necessary to leave a little later the day before)

Any non-compliance with these rules may result in an immediate cancellation of the stay, without refund.
