About this house rental
The countryside by the sea! 🌞 Large family farmhouse, restored and fully equipped. It is located on a hectare of land, on the edge of the GR21 road, on the plateau bordering the sea. We are 15 minutes walk from the beach (restaurants, shop, sailing, tennis club, minigolf...)
The house is spacious, bright: double living-dining room-open kitchen under cathedral ceiling, 5 bedrooms (3 double beds, 3 single beds), large office, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets... Ping-pong table, swings, bicycles, toys, games, mini table football, books...
🫶🏼 We have restored the house in our own way, so its style is unique. We are there when you are not there. 🫶🏼
Its location is ideal for enjoying the countryside, walks and the sea with large family(s) or not. ⛱️ But you shouldn't be afraid of spiders!
The common room is vast, with a cathedral ceiling: it includes the entrance, the fully equipped kitchen, the dining room and the large living room with the large fireplace and the stove. The stove can only be used at the request of connoisseurs ;-) because it is a bit technical. The small fireplace does not work.
You just have to go around it to discover the small living room with TV and fiber.

In the stone annex: a ping-pong table and bicycles.
In the garden 🌿
Two large tables and benches for dining, 4 armchairs for sitting, a swing set with swings, a gas plancha and a small BBQ.
The whole house, as well as the annex, the garden and the adjoining field are at your disposal.

Cleaning is INCLUDED!
Please throw away all your rubbish when leaving. The public bins are a two-minute drive away, 83 route de Fécamp, with three bins: garbage, glass and recyclable.
You can throw at the bottom of the garden depending on the compost waste: only VEGETAL (no egg, therefore.)
Sheets, one towel per person and two dish towels are INCLUDED in the rental.
Please undo the sheets and place them AT the FOOT of each corresponding bed, when you leave.
Radiators are controlled remotely.PGJyPg
Pets are allowed on the first floor. We do not rent for parties.
Everything is available, just buy again if you finish something in the kitchen.

THE SURROUNDINGS:
Car races: a Carrefour/pharmacy/fishmonger in Cany-Barville (10 min) and a Leclerc/fish market/cinema in Saint Valéry en Caux (10 min).
IN Veulettes: the indispensable Emilie at the head of her grocery store/tobacconist/press/everything is there.
And on Sunday mornings: the goat farm sets up shop (delicious cheeses, honey, etc...) as well as the organic market gardener of the valley!
Activities:
- Sailing club (boat lessons and rental, kayak, windsurfing), children's multi-sports, mini-golf and the famous Tennis Club de Veulettes!

Lake Caniel: Bowling, water ski lift, summer sledging, ten minutes by car.
25 minutes away, the Angiens tree climbing, terrible!
Fécamp: Fisheries Museum, Benedictine Museum, tree climbing.
The pretty Veules-les-Roses 30 minutes by car and Dieppe 40 minutes away.
