🌿 Relax at Casa Niria, close to the sea
Relax and unwind in this peaceful and welcoming bungalow in Tenerife, located in a beautiful community of whitewashed houses surrounded by gardens, green areas and small parks.
The property is situated in Costa del Silencio, very close to Montaña Amarilla and just a few minutes from Las Galletas, in a privileged setting close to the ocean.
🏡 Your accommodation
The bungalow has been recently renovated and is equipped with solar panels, combining comfort, tranquillity and a special homely atmosphere.
The property is divided into three main areas:
🌴 A large private terrace/patio, with a covered outdoor dining area and a fully equipped barbecue. It is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast outdoors, have lunch in the sunshine or relax over dinner under the Tenerife sky.
🛋️ A spacious studio, cleverly divided into different areas: bedroom, two workspaces, kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed with two additional single beds.
🚿 A fully equipped bathroom with shower.
From the entrance of the house, on clear days and especially in the mornings, you can enjoy beautiful views of Mount Teide and the surrounding mountains. The area is wonderfully peaceful, and you can often hear the birds singing in the morning.
🏊♀️ Swimming pools & communal areas
The community has two saltwater swimming pools: a large pool and a separate children's pool, connected by a gate.
There is also a lovely green park with trees and shaded areas where you can sit, relax and enjoy the fresh air.
🚗 Parking: there is a gated communal parking area. Parking inside the community is subject to availability. If there is no space, you can find free parking in the streets around the community.
🌊 Discover the ocean
The location is ideal for enjoying the sea, nature and outdoor activities that this part of Tenerife has to offer.
If you would like to explore the underwater world around Montaña Amarilla, I can help you arrange a snorkelling trip.
I can also give you information if you would like to try scuba diving or a beginner's diving experience.
And if you prefer to enjoy the ocean from above the water, you can take a beautiful sailing trip, exploring the coast and, with some luck, spotting pilot whales and other marine wildlife.
