Welcome to Annette's house, located in Guilvinec at only 300 m from the beach. You will appreciate its bright interior as well as its garden, perfect for relaxing on the sun loungers and enjoying the barbecue.
Ideal for a family stay or with friends, this house can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 young children.
Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge with its sofas and television, perfect for relaxing moments in front of a film. The independent kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster, as well as a filter coffee maker and Nespresso are also at your disposal. A table will allow you to share your meals indoors, and you can also enjoy the one installed in the garden.
On the night side, the accommodation has 4 bedrooms located on the 1st floor:
Bedroom 1: equipped with a queen size bed (160/200)
Bedroom 2: equipped with a queen size bed (160/200)
Bedroom 3: equipped with 2 single beds (90/200)
Bedroom 4: equipped with a cot, a changing table and a bed ideal for a young child
A bathroom and 2 independent toilets complete the house. For added comfort, an iron is at your disposal.
You can park your vehicle for free on the street, or the beach car park is located 300 metres away.
