About this apartment rental
We rent our duplex apartment located on the 1st and 2nd floors of a small, very quiet building with only 2 apartments. Ideal setting for a stay with family or friends.
Here, everything is within walking distance: the beaches, the shops, the port and its fishing returns. Le Guilvinec, in the heart of the Pays Bigouden, offers a real quality of life: friendly atmosphere, markets, walks by the sea and sunsets.
And the little extra that makes all the difference:

We renovated this apartment with the idea of spending good times with family and friends: light, a view of the sea, and a simple and comfortable place where you quickly feel good.
Here, you can take your time: coffee on the balcony in the morning, return from the beach in the afternoon, dinner all together after a day in the fresh air.
The accommodation
On the 1st floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (160 cm)
- A bright living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, dining area and convivial lounge
- A shower room
- Separate toilets
- A balcony with sea view, ideal for enjoying the sea air and the changing lights of the coast
On the 2nd floor:
- One bedroom with double bed (160 cm)
- One bedroom with two single beds (90 cm)
A private parking space is included.
⚠️ Access by stairs (no lift).

Le Guilvinec is a port of lively and authentic fishing of the Pays Bigouden. You can easily:
watch the arrival of the fishing boats
reach the beaches and the coastal path
enjoy the markets, creperies and local products
The apartment is also ideally located to discover Penmarc'h and its lighthouse of Eckmühl, Pont-l'Abbé, Concarneau, Quimper, Bénodet, Audierne...
