Grafenberg Vacation Rental
The Grafenberg Vacation Rental is an approximately 50-square-meter vacation rental that sleeps up to 4 people. All rooms have hardwood floors. The living area features a small, well-equipped kitchenette with a 4-burner induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the garden. The adjoining garden terrace, complete with seating and a parasol, has a special charm. The garden features a play and sunbathing area as well as a fire pit with a grill. The apartment’s furnishings and decor, which include some select antiques, are appealing and very well maintained. The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed, is situated in a particularly quiet location, and offers a beautiful view of the garden. The smaller bedroom—which also overlooks the garden—has two single beds that can be combined to form a double bed. The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower, as well as a toilet, sink, and towel dryer. Thanks to its location at the back of the property, the apartment is very quiet.
For a stay with 2 guests, the apartment is offered with only one bedroom. The second bedroom (without linens) costs an additional 10 €.
Parking for your car and bicycles is available on the property.
One dog is allowed in this apartment for an additional fee. Please be sure to include your dog in your reservation.

Charming and well-maintained vacation apartments in Germany’s oldest wine-growing town, right on the Moselle.
On the enclosed grounds of a historic winery, right in the center of Neumagen-Dhron, our guests will find peace and relaxation. The town’s restaurants and supermarket are within walking distance from here. The famous “Neumagen Wine Ship”—a historic replica of a Roman barge that also offers public tours—is located right next to our property. The park-like riverside promenade is perfect for evening strolls.
Hikers can join the popular Moselsteig trail right outside our front door. Various other popular hiking trails and “Traumschleifen” are located nearby.
Neumagen-Dhron also has doctors, dentists, and a pharmacy. Other services and amenities, as well as a marina with boat rentals, are also available in town.
On-site fees: A 25% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance should be paid during the week before arrival. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost, and cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Check-out should take place by 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. • The price includes bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels. • Wi-Fi is available in the vacation apartments. However, since we do not yet have a fiber-optic connection, we cannot guarantee data speeds or network stability. • A parking space on the enclosed property is also available. • A crib and high chair can be provided upon request. • Storage and charging facilities for e-bikes are available upon request. • Pets are allowed upon request for an additional fee of €10.00 per day. Only one pet per apartment is permitted. • We charge €2.50 per load for use of the washer/dryer. The municipality of Neumagen-Dhron levies a tourism tax starting at 01.01.2023. This is included in the total price.
