This spacious apartment, with approximately 78 square meters of living space, complemented by an approximately 22-square-meter south-facing terrace and a sheltered sunnook, offers a stylish retreat of the highest standard for up to four people.
The location couldn’t be better: quiet on a small side street, just a few steps from the sea.
The nearest beach access is only 50 meters away. The Wenningstedt Cliffs, the cliff promenade, and the popular Gosch am Kliff are also within easy walking distance—just a few minutes away.
The apartment spans three stylishly designed levels and features light-filled rooms, high-quality materials, and a tasteful interior.
On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living and dining area with an adjoining country-style kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A comfortable sofa set, a large flat-screen TV, and a stereo system ensure relaxing evenings after a day at the beach. Also on this level is a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet.
From the living area, you have direct access to the sunny garden area with a large south-facing terrace and stylish lounge furniture. The adjacent sunken area with a wind-protected beach chair invites you to enjoy the Sylt sun in a sheltered setting.
