The apartment is complemented by a sunny south-facing terrace, a sheltered sunken area, and a balcony—together offering approximately 18.5 square meters of outdoor space—furnished with comfortable lounge furniture and beach chairs that invite you to linger outdoors.

On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living and dining area with an adjoining stylish country-style kitchen and a wood-burning stove. Ideal for cozy evenings by the fireplace. Also located on this level are a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and two modern bathrooms with showers and toilets.

The living area offers a particularly cozy atmosphere with a large flat-screen TV, stereo system, comfortable sofa set, and wood-burning stove—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

On the upper floor, there is another living and dining area with an open-concept country-style kitchen, which adds to the sense of spaciousness. In addition, there are two more bedrooms with double beds, as well as another modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with their own TV.

Thanks to its well-thought-out layout across two floors, the property is ideal for families traveling with grandparents, as well as for families of friends who want to spend their Sylt vacation together. The rooms are bright, elegant, and tastefully furnished.

For your convenience, two private parking spaces are available right next to the house.
The basement also features a washer and dryer, which are available for your use free of charge.
