You and your family can enjoy the many facilities on offer around the resort, you can relax in your private pool, or you can enjoy easy access to the countless attractions that Florida has to offer. Orlando has it all: Amusement Parks, Water Parks, Great Food, Shopping Outlets, Wildlife, Golf, and so much more.
Other Things to Note:
1. Required to sign the rental agreement form.
2. Check-in to Villa: Doorbell camera at front entrance of the property. The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.
3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used, so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly; otherwise, a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.
4. BBQ Grill rental is available for an additional price. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.
5. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags; all cardboard should be broken down. Please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, and do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community setup. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near the front door to be taken away by Resort Service.
6. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it if there is anything in the home that needs our attention, please kindly let us know.
7. This will be a self-catering house.
8. The primary guest booking the home must be 21 years of age or older to book this vacation rental.
