Welcome to the Gîte de la Martinerye, a large detached house of 170 m² nestled in the heart of the Champagne village of Vadenay, a stone's throw from the bakery and bordered by a river. Completely renovated, it can accommodate up to 12 people in 4 bedrooms and 9 beds, the ideal place for reunions with family or friends, far from everyday life.PGJyPg
What makes this cottage unique is first and foremost an authentic and warm decoration.
The house combines large space and comfort: a fully equipped kitchen to share good meals, a large family dining room, a living room with TV and DVD corner for children, and a 2,500 m² garden with terrace, barbecue and private parking. Enough to enjoy every moment, rain or shine. Linen is provided and Wi-Fi is included.
The first floor is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, with a double bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower and raised toilet. Upstairs, three large bedrooms (including a bedroom with 5 single beds perfect for children, with a play area) and a bathroom with double sink. Baby equipment is available on request: travel cot, high chair, baby bath and booster seat.
The village and its surroundings
Vadenay is a charming Champagne village surrounded by fields as far as the eye can see — perfect for walks, from a simple digestive tour to a morning jog in the middle of nature. A river crosses the village and invites you to stroll. Less than 5 minutes walk away, the multi-sports field will appeal to all ages: football, basketball, petanque, playground for children and rest areas with benches and tables.
By car, the whole region is easily accessible: Châlons-en-Champagne 15 minutes away, Reims 30 minutes away, Épernay and its prestigious Champagne cellars 35 minutes away. The Champagne Route, the Marne battlefields and the Lac du Der are within easy reach for unforgettable days of discovery.
