The upkeep of the property should be better; the lamp in the bathroom was hanging, there was a huge hole in the bathroom wall, and there was only 1 towel, no face towel was provided, and some room decorations were left from Christmas and Easter

The area, the cosy house, the facilities, the host(!!!). We had a great walk through the forest. Me and all my friends were very glad we had such a great host. Xavier was super friendly, he helped with all of our questions but also helped when we didn’t even asked for it. He really took the extra mile with amazing breakfastbread, help with the walk and whatsapping us about some noise that may occor.
The house and surroundings were amazing. A bit too cold for the pool unfortunately.

Amazing location in the forrest but close to Reims and Epernay.
The host was really accomodating with many tips before arrival which really helped us plan our trip.
The house was well equipped for a group of 6 guests.
The bunk beds were a bit short for quite tall adults. And there was only one roll of toilet paper present (probably if we had asked for another one this would not have been a problem at all.
