Welcome to the Royal Stratton, a high-end apartment for 6 guests in the heart of Argentière village, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc valley. Set in a brand-new luxury building within walking distance of the legendary Grands Montets ski area, it's the perfect base for skiing the entire valley without renting a car.



The Space:

The heart of the Royal Stratton is its spacious, light-filled living area in elegant Alpine-chic style, opening directly onto the terrace. The dining table faces the Grands Montets: breakfasts overlooking the slopes, dinners as the peaks turn pink at sunset. The warm, comfortable lounge is the perfect spot to gather after a day of skiing or hiking.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen lets you cook as you would at home while staying part of the conversation — and the view.

For sleeping, three en-suite bedrooms are laid out to give everyone privacy: the master suite with double bed, private balcony and walk-in wardrobe, a second double bedroom with private bathroom, and a flexible third bedroom (two singles or one double), also en-suite.

At 110 m² (1,180 sq ft) in a brand-new luxury building with a lift, with underground parking and a secure ski room, the Royal Stratton combines the space of a chalet with the comfort of a modern residence.

An authentic village where everything is walkable

Train station, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, ski rental shops, bars: everything is within walking distance. Argentière has kept its authentic Alpine village character, with a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Chamonix town centre is 20 minutes away by train (Mont-Blanc Express) or bus. In peak season, night buses run back to Argentière until around 1:30 am for just €2 — enjoy Chamonix's nightlife with total peace of mind.

In summer, a hiker's paradise right from the village

Argentière is one of the finest hiking base camps in the Alps. Legendary trails start right from the village:

Balme – Le Tour / Vallorcine: 10 minutes by bus, ideal for family skiing and wide, sunny slopes.
