The Space:

Designed with relaxation in mind, this welcoming villa comfortably sleeps up to four guests across two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bright and comfortable living area opens onto the outdoor terrace, creating the perfect indoor-outdoor holiday lifestyle that Lanzarote is famous for.



The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for dining at home, while air conditioning in both the bedrooms and lounge ensures your comfort throughout the year. Free WiFi and a comprehensive TV package are also available for those quieter evenings in.



Step outside and you'll find the real highlight of the villa – your own private heated swimming pool surrounded by sun terraces and mature gardens. Spend your days swimming, sunbathing on a lounger, enjoying alfresco meals from the BBQ, or simply unwinding with a good book in the Lanzarote sunshine.



To help you settle in, a complimentary welcome pack is provided on arrival, along with bath towels, pool towels and bed linen.

To help ensure a smooth arrival, all guests staying at the property are kindly asked to complete our online check-in form. This is a legal requirement and must be completed for every guest before arrival.



Once full payment has been received and the online check-in has been completed for everyone in your party, we will send you the property directions and key entry details.



These details are normally sent 7 days prior to your arrival, so you will have everything you need in good time for your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the peaceful Faro Park area of Playa Blanca, Casa Del Faro offers the perfect balance between relaxation and convenience. Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find a great selection of restaurants, bars and cafés, making it easy to enjoy a meal out or a sunset drink without needing a car.



Within a short drive, you'll discover Playa Blanca's beautiful beaches, waterfront restaurants, supermarkets, bustling town centre and the stylish Marina Rubicón, home to boutique shops, cafés and a popular weekly market.



Playa Blanca is one of Lanzarote's most sought-after resorts, renowned for its stunning coastline, family-friendly atmosphere and fantastic year-round climate. Whether you're looking for lazy days by the beach, watersports, scenic coastal walks or evenings dining by the sea, you'll find everything you need close by.



Getting Around:

The villa is ideally located for exploring everything Lanzarote has to offer. A car is recommended to make the most of the island's spectacular beaches, volcanic landscapes and visitor attractions, with convenient parking available nearby.



Taxis are readily available throughout Playa Blanca, and regular bus services connect the resort with Puerto del Carmen, Arrecife and other popular destinations across the island. Whether you're planning a day at the beach, a trip to Timanfaya National Park or an evening at Marina Rubicón, getting around is easy and convenient.



Other Things to Note:

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.



A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.



Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.



Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth.



If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.



A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

Interaction with Guests:

We have a convenient self check-in system, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace. Your personal access code will be provided once your online check-in is complete.



Should you prefer a more personal welcome, our friendly Guest Relations team can visit the morning after arrival to ensure everything is perfect for your stay - just let us know in advance and we’ll arrange this for you.
