About this house rental
Stay in a designer's actual home in Cleveland's Gordon Square Arts District — a 3-bedroom, 3-full-bath house just a 7-minute walk to the lakefront and minutes from Edgewater Beach, downtown, and some of the city's best restaurants and theaters.
The space: The master suite has a California king and its own en suite bathroom and private upper deck — morning coffee with a breeze. The two additional bedrooms feature bunk-style beds (one full-size, one twin), making this home a perfect stay for families with kids, teens, or college-age groups. A comfy couch and an air mattress (in the upstairs kids closet) offer extra flexibility. Three full bathrooms mean no morning traffic jams.
Amenities you'll actually use:
- Amp digital resistance trainer mounted in the living room — get a real strength workout in without leaving the house (works great even without the app/subscription)
- Level 2 EV charger in the driveway (fits 2 cars comfortably, 3 tightly)
- Full laundry room with brand-new smart washer & dryer
- All-new kitchen appliances including smart refrigerator and smart dishwasher
- Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, front porch for lounging, and a spacious backyard
Good to know: This is our real family home, freshly moved into and lovingly a work in progress — you may notice spots where art is still going up and a backyard that's still being tamed. The upstairs master runs warmer on hot summer days; the ceiling fan, provided oscillating fans, and cranked AC keep it comfortable.
We've made closet space for your belongings in all closets. Please don't disrupt what we've left behind while we're away.
Pets welcome with a fee. The basement is private unfinished storage, extremely dusty and not part of the rental. Please do not enter or utilize the basement area.
