The building features a swimming pool with ocean views, a gym, a gourmet area, laundry facilities, and a rotating parking garage. Just meters from the beach and surrounded by a variety of bars and restaurants, the property offers a complete experience to enjoy Salvador any time of year!
We take great care of the house with the utmost affection and attention to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed linens and towels for your stay with us;
**We do not charge for electricity for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate; Reservations of 15 nights or more will be charged according to consumption.
**A security deposit of R$ 800.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the security deposit will be doubled);
***It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and clearance at the reception/property. We do not accept visitors!
** **** Each floor has a bathroom with a cold water shower, specially designed to wash off the sand from the beach when returning from the sea.
*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.
The property is comprised of the following:
Bedroom: 1 double bed, smart TV, split air conditioning, wardrobe, and blackout curtains.
The living room has 1 double sofa bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains, and a wardrobe.
Located in the Barra neighborhood, one of Salvador's most sought-after areas, close to the Carnival circuit and Salvador's most beautiful urban beach, Porto da Barra. Also near the Barra Lighthouse, where the sunset is a spectacle in itself, worthy of applause!
The neighborhood is, without a doubt, the best place to enjoy what Salvador has to offer! Besides the beach and proximity to tourist attractions, it also has markets, pharmacies, a shopping mall, a hospital, and best of all, no need for a vehicle.
