Localização excelente, a vista para o Mar não é de frente, mas ainda assim é uma visão maravilhosa, dá pra ver se o mar está agitado ou não, o Horizonte é lindo mesmo.
Gostei de tudo mesmo, distância das coisas, em 10min dá pra chegar aos mercados, shopping Barra, menos de 2min ao mar. Vários restaurantes etc.
