Overall a positive experience but we didn’t like having to depend on the sometimes absent doorman to both get in and out of the building.
Also, although it is a rule for the safety of the building, we didn’t like the policy of not being able to have any visitors, even if pre-approved. My cousin came from far to meet us for dinner and had to wait outside. She could t even come up to use the bathroom. There should be an option for pre-approved exceptions.
